Shipping & Returns

No small print, no restocking fee, no form to fill out in triplicate. If something is not right, write to a person and it gets sorted.

Where we ship

Within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders.

What shipping costs

Flat $5.95 on orders under $45.
Free on orders of $45 or more.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico add $9.95 regardless of order size.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 1pm Eastern on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. Delivery is then 3 to 6 business days by ground carrier. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.

We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays, and severe weather will occasionally add a day. If your tracking has not moved in three business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day the parcel arrives. The item needs to be unused and back in its original packaging, and that is the whole list of conditions. You do not have to tell us why.

Email giulia@laappflex.shop with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
Return shipping is on us if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is simply not what the page described. Otherwise $5.95 comes off the refund to cover the label.
There is no restocking fee, ever.

Things that cannot come back

Opened air filters are the only exception. Once the seal on a filter is broken the carbon layer begins working, so an opened filter cannot be resold. Sealed filters within the 30 days are fine.

If something arrives damaged

Send a photograph of the item and the box to giulia@laappflex.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement straight away and arrange collection of the damaged one. You will not be asked to pay for either.

Cancelling an order

If it has not shipped yet, write to us and we will stop it and refund you in full. Once a tracking number exists the parcel has left, and it becomes an ordinary return.

Warranty

The Quiet Room Air Purifier and The Nightfall Humidifier carry a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects. That runs alongside your 30-day return window; it does not replace it.
